MakerspaceCT Welcomes Two New Members to Its Board of Directors

Hartford, CT – November 10, 2025 – McEIVR, Inc. / MakerspaceCT is proud to announce the addition of two exceptional leaders to its Board of Directors — Prasanthi Lingamallu and Steven Taylor. Their combined expertise and commitment to innovation, education, and community engagement will help strengthen MakerspaceCT’s mission to expand access, opportunity, and confidence through hands-on learning.

Prasanthi Lingamallu, AVP of Decision Science at Travelers, brings over two decades of experience in data and analytics across multiple industries. A lifelong advocate for creativity and inclusion in technology, she has dedicated her career to using insights to drive strategy and empower others to innovate. Outside of her professional work, Prasanthi is a passionate mentor and educator, volunteering with organizations such as FIRST Robotics and Girls Who Code, and teaching visual analytics at UConn.

Steven Taylor, Vice President and Business Banking Officer at Liberty Bank, joins the board with more than 15 years of experience in banking, business development, and community leadership. A recognized leader and mentor, Steven is deeply involved in youth sports and community programs, fostering leadership and teamwork among young people in Connecticut. His experience in relationship management, marketing, and organizational growth will provide valuable insight to MakerspaceCT’s continued development.
