McEIVR, Inc. Welcomes Steven Taylor to Its Board of Directors

Hartford, CT – November 10, 2025 – McEIVR, Inc. / MakerspaceCT is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Steven Taylor to its Board of Directors. Mr. Taylor currently serves as Vice President and Business Banking Officer at Liberty Bank, bringing over 15 years of experience in banking, marketing, and community leadership to the organization. His expertise will provide valuable insight and perspective to MakerspaceCT’s ongoing growth and mission.

In his current role, Mr. Taylor is responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service across Liberty Bank’s business banking portfolio. Throughout his career, which began in 2008, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in leadership, operations, and community engagement. Mr. Taylor’s experience spans branch management, sales, marketing, and employee development, all of which underscore his collaborative approach and strategic vision.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Taylor is a dedicated community leader and mentor. He is a 2014 Quest graduate through Leadership Greater Hartford, a 2015 Hartford Business Journal 40 Under Forty honoree, and a 2015 100 Men of Color honoree. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and a Free & Accepted Mason He actively coaches youth football and basketball in Windsor and mentors young people to help them reach their full potential.

Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, and his Master of Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College.

Right away I wanted to support the cause in any way possible,” said Mr. Taylor. “When I got the opportunity to join the board, in addition to supporting the mission, I knew I’d have the opportunity to be around smart and passionate people from different industries who have the same thing in common for this great non-profit.”

With the addition of Mr. Taylor to its leadership team, the organization is further strengthening its foundation to drive creativity, collaboration, and economic growth across Connecticut.
